Strubensvalley Assessment and Therapy centre is a pediateic private practice. Individuals will get a chance to work along side Oocupational Therapists and Educational Psychologists who are also based at the centre.

Role Description:

Part-time Speech Therapy position with wonderful potential to become full-time (placement at a few schools is also possible). The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosisng a range of different speech and/or language conditions. Child and family centred therapy programmes will need to be compiled and implemented. A clear communication channel will also need to be formed between the clinician and caregivers as well as appropriate referrals being made.

Qualifications and requirements:
• HPCSA registration
• Access to own,reliable transport
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Good report writing abilities
• Patient and empathetic whilst working with children
