Duties & Responsibilities

Well-established Hospitality & Property business is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Lanseria/Cradle.

The FM manages the overall operational accounting domain, collates, analyses and summarises key financial and operational information for the Property.

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting
• At least 5- 7 year relevant Experience in Finance, Hospitality/Hotel experience an Advantage.
• Pastel Partner & Pastel Evolution
• Pastel Evolution (Asset Model)
• Apex (Front Office System)

Main functions will include:

Reporting:
• Weekly Revenue Reporting
• Cash Flow Reporting / Forecasting
• Three Month Forecasting
• Reports for Head Office consolidation
• Month end Management Accounts

Key Service Area:
• Statutory payments and reconciliation PAYE, VAT and WCA
• Managing the company’s bank accounts (local) and managing cash flows.
• Balance sheet Reconciliation.
