POSITION PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Subsea7 are looking for a Coating Engineer to join our Pipelines Team in Merida. The successful candidate will be required to provide technical support to various Subsea Projects and ensure good engineering practice.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, produce and review (as applicable) Subsea 7 specifications and related technical documents covering all coatings and corrosion mitigation aspects associated with construction and installation of subsea structures/ pipeline systems,
• Review client generated specifications and related documents pertaining to coating and provide technical qualifications where required in support of project activities.
• Review and approve contractor/subcontractor/ vendor procedures relating to coating and material use in a timely manner.
