A unique brand-new property on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica is currently looking for a Retreat Developer, an entrepreneur-minded go-getter who is passionate about taking a from-scratch retreat center and turning it into a thriving profit-generating business.

The role will need to :
• develop a clear marketing and sales strategy
• establish core market segments (several have already been developed)
• manage marketing, sales, and guest service

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who:
• is self-motivated
• is personally accountable
• is hardworking
• is agile
• is mature
• can work independently (with support and feedback, positive and critical, from the owners).
• have Hospitality experiences (highly preferred)

Other assumed responsibilities:
• manage guest service including reservations, check-ins/outs (once the retreat is thriving)
• ensure guest satisfaction
• serve as general caretaker for the property
