We are in search of a diligent Staff Accountant to join our team based in AURORA, Ohio, 44202-9202, United States. The role involves overseeing all operational areas of accounting within our organization. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close, ensuring all account reconciliations are reviewed, completed, and tied to financial statements before the closing dates• Prepare weekly Cash Management reports• Manage and file quarterly Sales and Use tax reports• Oversee the company's credit card management, including reconciliation• Handle intercompany transactions and sales & use tax• Assist in conducting the Annual Fiscal Year Audit• Participate in special projects as needed• Utilize your skills in Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, SAP, and Tax - Sales & Use effectively to perform your duties.
