About The Role

Air Import Operations Officer will contact with customer and response for Air Import related to operation and documentation process.

What You Will Be Doing
• Contact consignee when shipment is required for green light
• Scan invoice and supporting docs to customer before sending original billing to them.
• Create job file and invoice timely and correctly to meet with KPI
• Update event date in Pegasus as required from operation controller / sales correctly & timely
• Create PV
• Scan e-Docs
• Filing all import files at the end of each month
• Inform sales, customer services and overseas when damaged goods are found
• Submit intend to file a claim to the carrier as Standard Operating Procedures - Damaged
• Follow up with overseas when shipment is partial
• Follow up overseas of TELEX amendment
• Provide network information as SOP Air Import and rate (cost / selling) when required
• Ask green light from overseas to accept import duty & tax amount. (DDP)
