Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at Bonjour. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing our accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, coordinating with various departments, and leading month-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily:
• Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with transportation and warehouse departments.
• Open sales orders and invoices, and send billing information to customers.
• Coordinate product problem resolutions and product delivery issues.
• Manage service charge invoicing and import product cost recording.
• Receive and verify documents from warehouse teams for completeness and storage.

Weekly:
• Prepare cash flow reports.
• Review and coordinate PV, JV, and related documents for executive approval.
