For one of our clients, we are seeking a Human Resources Superintendent. As the HR Superintendent, you will be responsible for translating the management's personnel policy to the staff and initiating positive organizational change processes to achieve company objectives. Additionally, you will execute HR processes aimed at fostering a healthy working relationship between the employer and employees, leading to mutually expected performances in a win-win scenario.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent in HR Management
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the field of personnel management
• Knowledge of personnel administration and human resource management in a broad sense, with awareness of international HRM developments
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and potentially other international standards applicable to the scope
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), MS Word (advanced), MS Access, and MS PowerPoint
