We are looking for an experienced Order Management personnel to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

Reporting to Order Management Manager, you will be:

Essential Functions
• Escalation contact for OEM customers on OM and Logistics issue and requests. Responsible for Order-to-Delivery. Process the order from Purchase Order database, order entry acknowledgment, order status review shipment pre-alert, fulfillment and delivery.
• Manage the Supply Gap or Revenue Landing Estimate in coordination with Data Analyst, Order Management members, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport and Local Entity
