Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Blockman/butcher located in Soshanguve, with flexibility for some remote work. The Blockman/butcher will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for sale, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The Blockman/butcher will also provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

Qualifications
• Experience as a Blockman/butcher or in a similar role
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques, including cutting, trimming, and grinding
• Ability to operate and maintain meat processing equipment, such as grinders, slicers, and scales
• Understanding of inventory management and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
