Salary: 150,000 max/month

Responsibilities:
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of development projects.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with at least 7 years in a leadership or management role.
