The Dutch Red Cross is located in more than 200 locations and is organized in 23 districts. The Flevoland district has locations in Flevoland, Almere, Dronten, Zeewolde and Emmeloord. The assistance in the district is organized locally. Each location has a number of coordinators, each with their own portfolio, such as Training, Events, Education, Communication and Facilities. These coordinators ensure that everything runs smoothly at the location. We are looking for a Volunteer Management Location Coordinator (voluntary) for the Almere location.
As a Volunteer Location Coordinator you have a key function within all Red Cross activities within your location.

What are you going to do?
• You are the point of contact for volunteers within the location;
• You support the recruitment and selection of new volunteers and are involved in training new volunteers;
