Responsibilities
• Compile, develop and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. Trigger any off trends and highlight opportunities. Timely and accurate review and monitoring of regional performance.
• Ensure alignment of regional target across all business functions including participation in coverage meeting.
• Work closely with Sales and Channel, Franchise Managers in the development of marketing strategy (acquisition) and retention program.
• Working closely with RMT on business papers and establish ROI from activities, monitoring effectiveness and post events evaluation.
