URGENT HIRE: Finance cum Admin Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Closure of full set of accounts:
• Updating entries on purchases, sales, payments, receipts, payroll, and journal entries into the SAP system.
• Conducting bank reconciliations.
• Managing petty cash.
• Performing stock counts to ensure alignment with the system on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Submitting corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Managing treasury, including forecasting weekly cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity, and handling banking administration.
• Generating monthly management reports, including profit or loss statements and balance sheets for management review.
• Acting as the system administrator for SAP.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and submitting necessary reports if required.
• Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as needed.

HR Matters:
• Handling recruitment processes.
• Managing payroll.

Admin Matters:
• Overseeing office administration.
