Order Management and Accounts Receivable Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position handles processing customer sales orders and will also work within customer portals to confirm pricing and also is responsible for managing deductions and disputes on customer accounts. The position requires an individual to be meticulous, be able to multitask and be initiative-taking. This position will work closely with our sales team, brokers, customers, and warehouse personnel. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and resolve deduction issues with internal and external stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.
