Your Opportunity

This role is part of a high performing team, supporting the continued growth of the headquarters of the Bacardi UK supply centre at Poniel. The Control Room Operator will play a leading role within the team to ensure all brown spirit is processed for current demands and NMS filled for the future growths across the whisky portfolio, including:
• Stock management of all cask types with focus on fit for filling status.
• Warehouse management of all cask stocks - palletized and racked warehousing
• Engagement and ownership of process safety within the bulk operational area
• Exposure to control system automation and quality management systems in the form of PCS7, DRAMS and EMCS
• Promote and cascade the philosophy of Safety-First ensuring conformance to Company Vision and Values
