Total Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our client in the West Lancashire area (Pimbo)

Our client is a medium sized professional Surveying Firm who have recently merge nationally with The FENA Group.

They control a team of 20 Surveyors who work on commercial buildings for PLC clients throughout the UK. The product is air conditioning and air quality surveys, these are mandatory by law. Industries they working in are Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Airports, Shopping Centres to name a few.

The successful applicant will primarily be leading and advising a team of 4-5 Business Development Managers (BDM’s) as well as running a small desk.

The Role: Sales Team Leader

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (finish early Fridays)

Salary: £35,500 - £37,000 dependant of experience

Bonus: Monthly and achievable and to be settled on role acheivement.
