TIC+ is a mental health charity offering free mental health support to around 4,000 children and young people each year aged 9-25 across Gloucestershire. We have aspirations to have an even greater reach and realise our vision of giving ‘every young person someone to talk to’ and to that end, have embarked on an ambitious five-year plan.

To help us achieve our goals, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Senior Executive Team at TIC+.

The COO has wide-ranging responsibilities for the performance and development of all operational projects and programmes of work, internal services and operations.

The post holder will oversee the non-clinical aspects of all delivery projects and programmes across the organisation. They are responsible for all aspects of operational management, ensuring high quality delivery of programmes in line with contract and funder requirements.
