Are you a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN) looking for a new challenge? We are helping a beautiful care home in Christchurch find a full-time Clinical Lead, the salary is £48,500 plus excellent benefits.

You will be working 40 hours a week with a welcoming, warm and friendly team in a beautiful care home which providers residential, nursing and dementia care.

• Relying on your professional judgement, you will make critical clinical decisions.
• Developing tailored care plans and administering medication safely.
• Caring for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
