Building Surveyor Permanent Opportunity via BRC Jobs: Building Surveyor Location: Dorset (Hybrid working) With travel to Somerset & Hampshire on occasion Sector: Property and Housing Contract: Permanent Saraly: £40,000 BRC are working with a Reputable Housing Association in the South West who are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Building Surveyor to run planned works contracts for social housing properties across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire & Wiltshire Main Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for surveying planned works and general repairs for external fabric and maintenance of social housing properties including single dwellings and flats
• You will be responsible for managing your own diary, working from home on a hybrid basis with travel to sites in Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire & Wiltshire when required
