Position: Automotive Product Engineer (subassembly parts)

Location: Vigo, Spain

PTC Group is recruiting a Product Engineer for a Tier-1, one of our clients from the automotive industry, based in Vigo. They provide clean propulsion and efficient technology solutions for light-, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles as well as off-highway applications. Their products comprise key technologies for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles.

Responsibilities
• Management of product evolutions/modifications as well as the launch of derived versions: validate feasibility (design, validation, GD&T, etc.), ensure CAD reassembly, check robustness according to customer standards, and update associated documents (Control Plan, specifications, etc.).
• Oversee the CAD designers team in order to implement the modifications of the product: Formalize the evolutions of 3D and 2D definitions and the associated documents.
