These positions are located in the Strategic Communication and Public Information (Radio Okapi) within the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO), with duty station, Kinshasa. The incumbents report to the editor-in-chief of the newsroom, under the general supervision of the Chief Radio Okapi.

Responsibilities

Within delegated authority, the Public Information Assistants will be responsible for the following duties: 1. Produce and deliver radio and multimedia content timely, including news, reports and feature stories and adapt them to web articles formats; sets up and maintains archiving of audio and multimedia material; 2. Actively participate in the daily editorial meeting; follow planning of stories production and timely deliver stories assigned; 3.
