Job Responsibilities and duties:
• Planning, directing, and coordinating maintenance activities of equipment and machinery in industrial plants.
• Management of maintenance personnel and collaboration with production departments.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating the design, construction purchase, modification, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and services.
• Propose, plan, design, and implement all machine efficiency improvement and downtime optimization projects.
• Propose, select, and prepare bids and contracts for construction and acquisition of facilities. Test new machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract specifications. Follow-up on defects.
• Solve performance problems and ensure continuous improvement of processes and capacity.
• Administer all technical documentation for equipment, services, maintenance, and construction according to quality requirements.
