To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Human Capital Coordinator who will report to the Human Capital Manager and will be based out of either Yorkton, SK or Swift Current, SK. The Human Capital Coordinator will work alongside members of the Human Capital Department, the successful candidate will provide support for a broad range of human resources functions and administrative duties ensuring a quality service approach to all internal and external customers. This is a full-time position beginning ASAP.

Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities include:

o Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HC department functions and duties

o Working with and supporting recruiting activities (including creation of job postings, screening interviews, reference checks, liaise with position supervisor/managers, etc.)
