Ready to set sail in the world of international logistics? Blue Shipping, a rapidly growing Belgian Freight Forwarding company specializing in Seafreight, is on the lookout for a dynamic Overseas Shipping Assistant to join our vibrant team!

???? Responsibilities:

• Captain the customer service ship: from creating orders to pick up goods to updating ongoing shipment

statuses.

• Navigate the administrative seas: Upload sailing schedules, issue/check invoices, manage the entry of

tariffs in our ERP system, craft and sending our weekly newsletters in collaboration with the sales team.

• Work closely with the Export Customer Service team to streamline processes and enhance customer

satisfaction.

???? Job Requirements:

• Educational Anchor: Bachelor’s in Economics/Logistics or proven record of experience in shipping.

• Fluent in the language of business: English and Dutch (speaking and writing), with an extra language as

your secret weapon.
