Position Title: Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities of this role include:
• Research, prioritize, and drive the execution of maintenance work.
• Assist in Producing and distribute a weekly maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Track craft backlog and recommend resource changes to achieve a manageable backlog.
• Use SAP to develop a daily work schedule to secure adequate resources to complete preventative, predictive, and planned maintenance.
• Schedule maintenance activities such as inspections, as well as equipment preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide labor estimates for internal and external resources.
• Conduct regular review meetings for overdue, unplanned and pending work
• Promote proactive maintenance processes and develop strategies that will drive continuous improvement from an operational standpoint.
