• Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Prepare conversion cost reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including analysis of material movement, material accounts, cost management balancing, inventory valuation, stock aging classification, and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Generate plant performance reports, including breakdowns by bay, machine, and manpower, providing crucial financial insights to management, such as ROI analysis and sales control.
• Oversee stock control for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and spare parts, including transfer price valuation, daily yield analysis, expenses variance analysis, and production order settlement and variance analysis.
