Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive (Open Level) located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Legal Executive will oversee legal matters related to the company’s operations, draft and review legal documents, assist with negotiations and review contracts, ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and conduct legal research as necessary.
• Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the business operations of the company.
• Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters when engaging in commercial and investment-related negotiations with partners and clients.
• Resolving issues that come up during legal conflicts, particularly those involving state entities.
• Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.
