Job description

We're seeking an experience Front Desk personnel.

Responsibility

1) Receiving of guest at reception

2) Recording of guest details in register and computer

3) Handle calls, follow up on prospective customers, take clients for inspections, make sure office is tidy, etc.

4) Attending couriers and reporting to administrative manager

5) Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

6) Full time, Monday to Friday and sometime Saturday for inspection

Qualifications

1. B.sc or HND in English, marketing, or a similar field.

2. A talent for multi-tasking

3. Strong listening and communication skills

4. Customer service skills, including the ability to provide customer support in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner

5. Answering all client questions and incoming calls

6. Stress management skills, including the ability to maintain composure in high pressure and fast-paced environment
