Qualifications

- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills

- Effective analytical skills

- Experience in customer support

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with various computer operating systems and hardware

- Patience and empathy while interacting with customers

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
