Purpose of the position

The Chief of Party (COP) will serve as the point of contact for a large-scale USAID-funded program to prevent, detect, and respond to new HIV infections in Lesotho. Reporting to the Managing Director, the COP will provide leadership, vision, strategic guidance and management toward the realization of key program objectives and targets. They will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including management and oversight of activities to expand demand for and access to comprehensive, person-centered combination HIV prevention services and to strengthen the overall community health system. They will provide strategic guidance and lead collaboration with USG and Government of Lesotho stakeholders and other agencies and institutions.
