· Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven at least 3 years of supervisory
experience in technical support, with a focus on HRIS and financial systems.

Knowledge of data security
and privacy standards related to HR and financial systems.

·
Strong
understanding of HRIS and financial software architecture and functionality.

·
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical
concepts to non-technical users.

·
Problem-solving
mindset and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

·
Familiarity with
support ticketing systems and customer relationship management

·
Willingness to
work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
