Work Setup: Onsite; Location: Clark Global City, Pampanga

Work Schedule: TBD; must be flexible with any shifts

Note: Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates who are residing outside or far from Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 to 4 years of desktop support experience.
• Knowledge of mobile device configurations and troubleshooting
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and customizing Microsoft Office including Outlook configurations.
• Experience troubleshooting workstation hardware issues.
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
• Preferred Technical Knowledge: Windows OS (7,8.1,10), Windows Server, Apple OS, VMWare, Monitoring and Remote Management Tools.
