Job Summary

Analyzes, develops, and implements workflows and production processes, increase efficiency. Designs production processes that maximize and reduce waste.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Improves equipment capacity and operations productivity.

2. Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production requirements.

3. Monitor equipment performance for key bottleneck.

4. Works with equipment owners to improve throughput for critical operations and processes.

5. Control material flow to achieve maximum capacity and profitability.

6. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system optimization that will improve cost, schedule, operability, and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

· Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

· 3-5 years of experience as Industrial Engineer

· Good knowledge in semiconductor industries.

· Extensive knowledge in capacity, productivity, manufacturing process and product costing.
