HR SPECIALIST

Rivulis is leader in developing drip and micro irrigation solutions with over 3.000 employees, 24 factories and a commitment to providing outstanding irrigation solutions for farmers globally.

We are currently looking for a HR Specialist to join our organization Rivulis Turkey located in Burdur. At this position, you will be based in our Burdur Plant and directly report to HR Manager.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR activities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• High level of analytical and reporting capabilities
• Strong sense of following-up on multiple ongoing tasks
• Able to adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment
• Eager to have taking responsibility and proactively offering alternative solutions
