Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Flincap located in Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, with no provisions for remote/ hybrid. We are a startup, and we prefer candidates who have experience working with startups. We offer a relocation package, including fully furnished accommodation, for employees joining the company from outside Osun State. We offer a modest salary + equity as compensation.

The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
