**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing & monitoring the timely completion of the accounts which was targeted to close as per schedule.
- Determining the accrual of operational expenses when the site accounts is delayed due to late receiving of documents from site office.
- Verifying the off spec claim by the mill to be allocated to the respective operating units to offset against the revenue.
- Determine the potential of the staff, allocating the job to the right person and maintaining the standard company practices.
- Monitoring the overtime claim by the staff without compromising the accuracy & dateline requirement
- Monitoring & providing guidance to the operating units relating to company's standard procedures on accounting practices.
- Reviewing the report prepared by the executive for submission to the group accountant in Kota Kinabalu and also distributing the report to the respective operating unit.
