Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as two Customer Service Executives located in Cyberjaya. The Customer Service Executives will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, resolving problems, following up with customers, making cold calls and managing customer accounts.

• Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• Dedication to Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Customer Support and Service Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Any educational background is welcome for one role
• Information Science (Library Management) preferred for the other role
• Experience selling IT solutions will be an added advantage
