The General Accountant (GA) is responsible for SKY’s accounts and to maintain complete records of all financial transactions in detail and in accordance with Vietnamese accounting and auditing practices.

I. Responsibilities

1. Financial reporting

1.1. Prepare journal entries in accounting software and synthesize common ledgers for subsidiary accounts.

1.2. Maintain complete records of all transactions in accordance with Vietnamese accounting and auditing practices.

1.3. Manage all regular accounting processes such as Payment and Expense, Bank/Cash, Fixed Asset, Receipt and Revenue, Payroll, Invoicing and Journal entries plus monthly closure accounts.

1.4. Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.

1.5. Payment

1.5.1. Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.

1.5.2. Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
