• You will assist clients with legal issues regarding Belgian corporate law.
• You will provide complete and high-quality legal advice and assistance.
• You also support the internal department with legal advice regarding specific assignment and missions.
• Critical thinking about the objectives, ambitions and organizational structure of the clients.
• You contribute to building lasting customer relationships.

???? Your profile:
• Master in Law
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a lawyer, a legal consultant and/or corporate lawyer.
• You have in-depth knowledge of corporate law.
• You are bilingual in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills and Eager to learn
