• Handles customer complaints, RMA and customer feedback with the use and guidance of 8D methodology, NFLD’s Agile CCAR/ INTCAR and NT-CAR processes.
• Updates generic FVI FMEA and Process FMEA for CCAR/ INTCAR/ CAR-based product quality issues.
• Initiates corrective and preventive action request per superior’s concurrence and/or directive. Evaluates and identifies maverick/ low yield issues needing corrective and preventive action warrant, e.g., high $ scrap value, screw-up or mis-operation failures, potential customer complaint and/or potential field failure. Conducts data analysis and investigation of NFLD and NT issues in the determination process.
• Handles maverick issues through the NCPR process and in collaboration with NFLD and NT MRB as appropriate, i.e., providing disposition and release instruction to affected lots.
• Determines, reviews and collaborates with concerned party the customers’ requirements for quality throughout the life cycle of the product.
