General Manager

This is a full-time role as a General Manager of a hotel resort located in Langkawi. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve revenue and profitability, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years experience as a hotel general manager or senior hotel manager
Demonstrated success in improving revenue and profitability in previous roles
Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
