Schedule : 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday
Provide the best customer experience by delivering comprehensive support to various organizational functions through adept management of cases and associated tasks. The central focus of Titan Service Desk 2 is to ensure the initiation and assignment of case tasks, incorporating accurate details. Additionally, the role is dedicated to the precise profiling of cases, whether related to delivery or non-delivery, and their timely resolution.

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Well-rounded written customer service skills
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
