Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Marketing and Leasing Officer. As a Marketing and Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and secure leases for our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a strong background in real estate marketing and sales, and a passion for driving occupancy and revenue growth within the industry.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing plans to generate interest and attract potential tenants for commercial properties
• Conduct property tours and showcase available spaces to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company policies and market trends
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of lease documentation and related paperwork
