Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice and face of the brand, providing and analysing Customer needs in order to provide support. The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
• UK-Based Experience: Candidates with prior experience working with UK-based firms are highly desirable.
• Similar Business Background: Experience in a similar business i.e, The Homeware industry will be a strong advantage.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
