Job Responsibility
• Oversees the daily activities of accounting department.
• Oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Ensure that all accounting practices and processes comply with current laws and regulations.
• In charge in the overall preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts for Board review.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management.
• Managing payroll.
• Handling all inter-company related matters.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, legal, banks and etc.
• Prepare income tax computation and keep tax compliance in place.
• Maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecast to ensure smooth operations from time to time.
• Lead, coach and manage accounting team effectively.
• Maintain all companyâs agreements and all kinds of registrations.
