Title : HR Manager

Location : Kuantan

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business :Established manufacturing company

Headcount :400-500

Ø To execute and maintain HR policy, employee benefit & reward system by compliance with local authority requirement.

Ø Contributing manpower planning, perform recruitment & selection processes.

Ø Execute employment processes for expatriate and foreign worker.

Ø Correspondence for staff training and skill development programs.

Ø Monitoring staff performance via Key Performance Indicator.

Ø A counselor to employee as to create a harmonized working environment.

Ø Payroll processing.

Ø Preparing HR reports.

Ø To maintain proper staff records.

Ø Ensure office equipment are well maintained.

Ø To assist Management staff as and when needed.

Ø Other administrative support tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
