- replying customer mails
- daily checking & updating reports
- updating technical team schedule
- follow up done & pending jobs with technical team
- documentation and proper filing
- leadership, punctual, friendly, teamwork, fast learner
- able to use Microsoft (excel, word, power point)
- well spoken / written in English & Malay (Tamil & Mandarin are additional)
