Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
• Provide 1st level IT system support and tracking on Service Request ("SR").
• Conduct IT system training.
• Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
• Hardware - any issues from the followings such as Mouse, Keyboard, Screen, Hard-disk, USB Drives, DVD/CD-Drive, Printer, Bluetooth.
• Hardware - install printer drivers, network printers.
• Support Operating Systems and In-house developed applications.
• Assist in the implementation of KLK IT systems.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities.
• Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
• Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
