Duties
• You will assist commands in identifying individuals at elevated risk and connects those Marines to skill building activities designed to promote protective factors and/or support resources..
• You will be a member of a comprehensive Total Force Fitness Team within the Semper Fit Division of MCCS developing training schedules to support the needs of the unit(s) and engages in outreach efforts to support the command.
• You will provide information, assistance and guidance to members of the unit in meeting personal and family problems beyond the scope of their own resources.
• You will provide Marines with an organized system for bringing together all available resources for the relief of personal problems having an adverse effect upon performance, morale, and retention of skilled manpower.
